Here are some beauty tips which you should know in case of dry and itchy skin:
1. Try to avoid very hot baths or showers:
You should not use very hot water when you are going to take a bath or shower. Try to avoid it as much as possible even in during winter season. Because of hot water, the obstructions of lipids in your skin are generally broken down and because of this your skin may lose its moisture. Lukewarm water can be used in place of extremely hot water for your bath. And if you can’t bath without using hot water spend less time in for taking shower maybe you can shower for few minutes rather than taking half an hour. After you complete taking your bath, don’t forget to use a moisturizing cream as soon as possible.
2. Don’t use dry soaps:
Proper care should be taken when you are washing your face. Never use your regular soaps for washing your face. Instead you can wash your face with a soft moisturizing face wash or a soap which will not harm your skin by removing the oils present in your skin.
3. Using both day and night cream:
We often use day cream while we are going out on sunbathing but what we forget is using night cream which is equally important. So make it a habit of applying a night cream before going to bed. Creams which contain emollients and natural moisturizing oils should be used every night as it keeps your skin moist whole night. Or you can either use Shea butter or Avocado oils which act as natural moisturizers for your dry skin.
4. Increase the production of hyaluronic acid:
Our body contains Hyaluronic acid which plays an important part in keeping our skin moist and soft. It can increase the level of moisture in our skin by getting absorbed in water present in our skin. This helps in keeping a smooth effect to your skin.
